Website results, chatbot messages and preliminary estimates are informational and do not by themselves create a contract. A quotation becomes valid only when issued or confirmed by Abu Omar and remains subject to its stated validity period, specifications, payment terms and acceptance conditions.
Measurements, specifications and changes
Final manufacture and installation depend on confirmed site measurements, access conditions, product specifications and customer approvals. Changes requested after confirmation may affect price, materials and schedule.
Payment and scheduling
Deposits, balances, installation dates and other commercial conditions are governed by the accepted quotation or contract. Dates are scheduled in good faith and may change because of site readiness, approvals, material availability, weather or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Installation, repair and warranty
The customer must provide safe and reasonable site access and disclose relevant structural, electrical or operational conditions. Warranty coverage, exclusions and service charges follow the applicable quotation or contract. Misuse, unauthorised modifications, external damage and normal wear may not be covered.
Razan and automated assistance
Razan and other automated tools may collect requirements, answer common questions and prepare a draft request. Their responses are preliminary and may require review by Abu Omar staff before manufacture, price confirmation, warranty decisions or scheduling.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The Abu Omar name, logo, website content and original materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. The website may use third-party services such as hosting, WhatsApp and Google; those services are also governed by their own terms and policies.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, Abu Omar is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on preliminary website information or by third-party outages. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
