Information we collect

• Contact and quotation details you provide, including your name, mobile number, city or Wilayat, requested product or service, measurements, colour, quantity, notes and messages.
• Files or images you voluntarily provide in connection with a quotation, installation or service request.
• Limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as browser, device and request-log information.

How we use information

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange measurement, installation, repair and after-sales support.
• To maintain business records, prevent misuse and improve the reliability and content of our services.
• To communicate about an active request or contract using the contact details supplied by the customer.

Google Search Console data

The AbuOmar SEO & GEO Agent is an internal desktop tool available only to an authorised Abu Omar administrator. It requests the read-only Google Search Console scope (webmasters.readonly).

The tool reads search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, landing-page performance and sitemap status for Abu Omar properties that the signed-in Google account is permitted to access. It cannot edit or delete Search Console data and it never receives the user's Google password.

OAuth credentials and tokens are kept on the authorised Windows computer and protected for the current Windows user. Google user data is used only to measure and improve Abu Omar's own search visibility. It is not sold, used for advertising or transferred to unrelated third parties.

Sharing and retention

We may share information with staff, installers, technicians and service providers only when necessary to complete a requested service, operate the website or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Business information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for quotations, contracts, warranty, service, accounting, security and legal obligations. Search Console access remains until the authorised user revokes it or removes the locally stored connection.

Your choices and security

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information where applicable. Google access can be reviewed or revoked at any time from the connected Google Account's third-party access settings.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
