This Muscat villa required a practical garage closure that worked with the existing façade and available opening.
Abu Omar supplied and installed a made-to-measure electric rolling shutter in a brown finish, creating a clean and compact garage entrance.
Because the curtain rolls into the upper box, the system does not need a large swing area in front of the property. The driveway remains usable while the closed shutter provides a clear physical boundary between the street and the garage.
The brown colour was chosen to sit comfortably beside the warm stone frame and white elevation. Careful positioning of the guides keeps the finished installation visually contained within the original architectural opening.

How a rolling shutter project is prepared
Before production, the team checks the clear opening, available space for the side guides and shutter box, the electrical point and the way the garage will be used. These details help determine the suitable slat profile, motor capacity, controls and any reinforcement required for the site.
The shutter is then made to the confirmed dimensions. During installation, the guides are aligned, operating limits are set and the complete door is tested through repeated opening and closing cycles. The customer receives one coordinated system rather than unrelated parts selected separately.
